Hello Everyone

Welcome to Colors of Afrika 

My name is Tobi, I am a design (thinking) enthusiast, anime lover, and problem solver. I grew up with computers around me, and I had access to the internet at a very young age. This had led me on a journey of exploration, learning, and sharing. Through the windows of opportunities the internet opened up for me, I had the unique chance of developing various media skills such as digital marketing, graphic design, user interface (+ experience) design, video editing and photography (my new found love). 

Growing up in Nigeria, I began to develop an interest in community growth and development. I became weary and empathetic about the avoidable problems we go through. Because of all these, I grew passionate for social development on the African continent. 

The goal of this blog (Colors of Afrika) is to push a positive narrative of development on the continent. I strongly believe that the media has the power to transform Africa for the better. 

Through the right storytelling, we can promote a transformative agenda by highlighting the challenges we face and encouraging citizens’ participation to influence the right policies and drive positive change.

Enough of my talk!!
